The UNIPUL® dilution should always be selected according to the surface material and the level of soiling.

Routine cleaning

Dilute 10–40 ml of UNIPUL® per 1 litre of water. Apply the solution using a soft microfibre cloth. At this dilution, the product is also suitable for use with scrubber dryers.

Intensive degreasing

Dilute 250 ml of UNIPUL® per 1 litre of water.

This dilution is recommended for heavily soiled surfaces contaminated with engine oil, vegetable oils, animal fats and greasy dirt. It is also suitable for the intensive cleaning of heavily soiled wood and parquet floors.

• Apply the solution evenly to the surface.
• Leave it to work for a few minutes.
• Scrub using the red pad.
• Remove any residue with a soft microfibre cloth, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• After cleaning, apply a protective anti-wear finish where required.

Intensive cleaning and post-installation cleaning

Use UNIPUL® undiluted or dilute 1 part product with 1 part water.

This concentration is recommended for post-installation cleaning of delicate materials such as marble, polished terrazzo and delicate natural stone. It is also suitable for removing blackened surface build-up of dirt and maintenance wax from treated surfaces without completely removing the underlying protective treatment.

Approximate coverage

The coverage of UNIPUL® depends on the dilution used, the type of surface and the amount of dirt to be removed.

With a 1-litre bottle, the approximate yield is:

• Routine cleaning: one 1-litre bottle prepares approximately 26 to 101 litres of cleaning solution, depending on the selected dilution (10–40 ml per litre of water).
• Intensive degreasing: one 1-litre bottle prepares approximately 5 litres of cleaning solution for heavily soiled surfaces.
• Post-installation and intensive cleaning: when used undiluted or diluted 1:1 with water, one 1-litre bottle provides up to 2 litres of cleaning solution.

Actual coverage may vary depending on the surface material, the level of soiling and the application method.

For strong degreasing action, dilute 250 ml of product in 1 litre of water. This concentration is suitable for oil, grease and heavy greasy dirt.

Can it remove blackened wax build-up?

Yes. When used undiluted or diluted 1:1 with water, it removes blackened build-up of dirt and maintenance wax without completely stripping the underlying treatment.

Can UNIPUL® be used for post-installation cleaning?

Yes. It is suitable for intensive post-installation cleaning of delicate materials such as marble, polished terrazzo and delicate natural stone.

Is rinsing required after use?

For intensive cleaning, remove the residues and rinse with clean water. For routine maintenance, use it like a standard floor cleaner.

Can it be used with a scrubber dryer?

Yes. Its low-foaming formula makes it suitable for scrubber dryers at the dilution rates recommended for routine cleaning.

What is the benefit of a low-foaming formula?

Reduced foam makes it easier to recover the cleaning solution and helps ensure efficient machine cleaning of floors.

How do I choose the correct dilution?

Choose the dilution according to the material and level of soiling: low doses for routine maintenance, higher doses for degreasing, and undiluted or 1:1 use for more intensive cleaning.

How should it be applied for intensive cleaning?

Spread the solution over the surface, leave it to work for a few minutes and scrub with a red pad. Then remove the residues with a microfibre cloth and rinse with clean water.

What should I do after cleaning a treated surface?

After intensive cleaning, treated surfaces may need a new stain-resistant and wear-resistant protective finish.

What fragrance does it leave after cleaning?

It leaves a pleasant fragrance indoors without affecting normal surface maintenance.
