IDROFIN MATT is normally used undiluted and should be applied to clean, completely dry surfaces. Shake well before use to ensure an even distribution of the finishing wax.

• Pour a small amount of product directly onto the surface to be treated.
• Spread it evenly using a soft microfibre cloth or a wax applicator fleece, avoiding product build-up.
• Allow the surface to dry completely without walking on it during the drying process.
• If required, apply a second coat once the first coat is completely dry.

The product normally dries within 2–3 hours.

Coverage

The coverage of IDROFIN MATT depends on the absorbency and surface texture of the material. With a 1-litre container, the approximate coverage is as follows:

• On rough, highly absorbent surfaces, such as rustic terracotta and particularly porous materials, 1 litre covers approximately 10–18 m².
• On smooth, low-absorption surfaces, such as polished terracotta, dense natural stone and other less porous materials, 1 litre covers approximately 20–30 m².

The coverage values are approximate and may vary depending on the absorbency of the material, the surface finish and the amount of product required to achieve an even application.

Can It Be Used Outdoors?
