How can you protect a teak pool deck without hiding its natural beauty? This project, completed in Quarrata, Pistoia, Italy, shows how RS Terziani Parquet treated an outdoor teak wood deck using a professional penetrating oil system. The goal was simple. First, protect the wood from water, sunlight, and weather exposure. Then, enhance the natural colour and grain without creating a surface film.
A glossy varnished teak parquet, heavily worn and scratched, was completely restored thanks to a meticulous refurbishment process.
The final result is a floor that is once again bright, uniform, and protected, with a glossy finish that enhances the natural elegance of the wood and makes ongoing maintenance easier over time.
Restoring an outdoor teak floor is essential when wood surfaces, exposed over time to weather conditions, lose their original appearance and become grey and dull. A proper restoration not only improves outdoor aesthetics, but also helps extend the lifespan of the material. In this case, the work was carried out in Rome, Italy by Davide Incredibile, a skilled craftsman active since 1995 and specialized in surface restoration, with a clear goal: “freeing floors” and bringing them back to their original beauty.
