Sanitizing whitening cleaner for the removal of mould and organic black stains from bathroom surfaces, shower enclosures, tiles and plaster.
Description
Sanitizing whitening cleaner for organic black mould stains – PULIMUFFE®
Organic black stains, such as mould and biological residues, easily develop on surfaces exposed to moisture and condensation, especially in bathrooms and kitchens. In these environments, you need a targeted mould stain remover combined with a sanitizing bathroom surface cleaner that acts effectively where standard cleaning falls short.
When you need to remove mould from shower enclosures, tiles or walls, routine cleaning is often not enough. PULIMUFFE® is specifically formulated for both regular maintenance and intensive cleaning of surfaces affected by organic blackening.
When to use it
PULIMUFFE® is recommended in the presence of surface mould, organic black stains or dark marks on walls, shower cabins, tiles and damp-prone areas.
It is suitable for deep cleaning treatments as well as for periodic maintenance in domestic settings such as bathrooms and kitchens.
What it does
PULIMUFFE® works as a sanitizing whitening cleaner. It helps remove organic black mould stains while improving the overall appearance of treated surfaces.
At the same time, its sanitizing action supports deep cleaning, making this mould cleaner particularly effective in areas exposed to condensation and persistent humidity.
How it works
The formula of PULIMUFFE® is a chlorine-active alkaline whitening solution designed to act on organic deposits responsible for black staining.
It penetrates biological dirt and makes removal easier during rinsing, without aggressive abrasion.
As a result, this whitening surface cleaner allows targeted, repeatable treatments over time.
Cost-effective advantage
Regular use of PULIMUFFE® helps keep surfaces clean and visually uniform for longer, reducing the need for costly restoration work.
Proper maintenance also protects materials and finishes, making ongoing cleaning easier and more efficient.
Specific uses
PULIMUFFE® is suitable for:
- shower enclosures and bathroom surfaces affected by mould;
- ceramic tiles and wall coverings;
- plaster and render;
- untreated stone, terracotta and cement-based surfaces;
- untreated raw wood (after preliminary testing).
It is particularly effective on surfaces where organic black stains develop due to persistent humidity.
Durability
When used correctly as a sanitizing mould cleaner, PULIMUFFE® helps maintain cleaner surfaces over time.
You can further extend the visual cleaning effect by ensuring proper room ventilation and scheduling regular maintenance.
Technical limitations
Do not use PULIMUFFE® on:
- painted or treated wood;
- absorbent surfaces treated with wax (e.g. waxed terracotta);
- polished marble;
- methacrylate bathtubs;
- fabrics;
- metals.
On coloured paints or plaster, always carry out a preliminary test.

How to use
The product is ready to use and must be applied directly to the surface to be treated.
During application, it is advisable to wear protective gloves to avoid direct contact with the skin.
Apply PULIMUFFE® by spraying it evenly over the surface affected by organic black mould stains.
Leave the product to act for a few minutes to allow the whitening and sanitizing action to work effectively on the contamination.
Then, rub the surface using the most suitable tool according to the material:
- specific surfaces sponges,
- white pad,
- microfibre cloth,
- nylon brush,
- nylon grout brushes.
In the presence of heavy or layered organic deposits, extend the contact time up to 30–60 minutes.
Once the treatment is complete, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
On coloured paints or plaster, always carry out a preliminary test on a small hidden area to check colour resistance.
The product may cause dulling on methacrylate; therefore, use caution near bathtubs or surfaces made of this material.
Coverage rate
The coverage of PULIMUFFE® may vary depending on the level of contamination, contact time and surface porosity.
With a 750 ml bottle, the approximate coverage is as follows:
- Light contamination or routine maintenance
(surface blackening, early-stage mould on tiles or shower enclosures): approximately 10–12 m² can be treated. - Medium contamination
(visible mould on bathroom walls, tiles or grout exposed to humidity): approximately 7–9 m² can be treated. - Heavy or stubborn contamination
(thick organic black stains on plaster, poorly ventilated walls or porous surfaces): coverage may decrease, depending on the higher product consumption and longer contact time required.
The indicated quantities are approximate estimates and may vary according to surface conditions, application method and the severity of organic buildup.

Black mold stains in the bathroom, especially black stains in the shower, are among the most frustrating cleaning problems at home. These dark marks appear on walls, grout lines and shower silicone. Even after careful cleaning, they often return in the same spots. Many people assume it is just surface dirt or a weak cleaner. However, in most cases the real cause is deeper. It is usually linked to organic buildup and persistent moisture in the bathroom.
