Description

Stainless Steel and Aluminium Cleaning & Polishing Cream – CREAM INOX®

Fingerprints, streaks and dull stainless steel surfaces are common problems in modern kitchens. Even a quick clean can leave marks behind. In fact, the wrong cloth or simple grease residues often reduce shine and make surfaces look worn.
As a result, sinks, worktops and stainless steel appliances may appear marked, even when they work perfectly. In these situations, standard cleaners are not enough. Instead, you need a specific stainless steel cleaner and polish that cleans effectively and leaves no streaks.
CREAM INOX® is a concentrated cleaning and polishing cream for stainless steel and aluminium. It is developed for deep cleaning and aesthetic restoration of surfaces that have become dull or worn over time.

When to use CREAM INOX®

CREAM INOX® is recommended whenever metal surfaces start to lose their shine or when regular cleaning fails to remove marks and buildup. It is particularly effective in the presence of:

  • Dull, matte stainless steel surfaces
  • Streaks and halos after cleaning
  • Fingerprints and smudges on stainless steel
  • Grease and stubborn dirt on kitchen worktops and appliances
  • Light marks and micro-scratches caused by daily use

For this reason, the product works well in both domestic environments and professional kitchens, where stainless steel must remain clean and visually flawless over time.

What it does

CREAM INOX® works as a stainless steel cleaning and polishing cream because it:

  • Cleans and degreases effectively
  • Restores shine and renews surface appearance
  • Leaves no streaks or residues
  • Helps reduce the visibility of micro-scratches
  • Does not release harmful fumes

The result is a brighter, smoother and more uniform surface, with an immediate renewed look and a pleasant feel to the touch.

How it works

The formulation of CREAM INOX® is designed to act on metal surfaces with a controlled yet effective action. It removes dirt, grease and dullness without aggressive chemicals: the product is acid-free and alkali-free, making it safer to use even in enclosed spaces and on delicate finishes.
This balanced composition allows thorough cleaning and polishing without damaging the surface or leaving hard-to-remove residues.

Economic advantage

CREAM INOX® is a cost-effective solution thanks to its concentrated formula.
Only a small amount of product is needed to clean and polish large stainless steel and aluminium surfaces, reducing consumption with each application and extending the life of the bottle. This makes long-term stainless steel maintenance more economical and efficient.

Specific applications

CREAM INOX® is ideal for deep cleaning and aesthetic restoration of many surfaces in the kitchen and home, including:

  • Stainless steel appliances
  • Stainless steel countertops and kitchens
  • Sinks and stainless steel surfaces prone to streaks
  • Dull aluminium surfaces
  • Metal parts that require cleaning and polishing

It is especially useful when a bright, uniform finish is required without resorting to aggressive treatments.

Long-lasting results

When used as needed for deep cleaning and aesthetic maintenance, CREAM INOX® helps keep stainless steel and aluminium surfaces cleaner and shinier for longer, slowing down dulling and making routine cleaning quicker and easier.

Technical limitations

For best results, apply CREAM INOX® correctly, do not allow the product to dry on the surface, and rinse thoroughly after use.
Before applying on unusual materials or special finishes, a preliminary compatibility test is always recommended.

Useful guides for cleaning stainless steel and aluminium

To achieve optimal results and use the product correctly based on surface type and level of dirt, it can be helpful to explore some common stainless steel cleaning scenarios in the kitchen and home.

If you want to learn how to avoid streaks, restore stainless steel shine and deal effectively with surface marks and stains, you can consult our practical guides:

These in-depth resources help you choose the most effective cleaning method and use CREAM INOX® correctly, improving surface appearance and simplifying daily maintenance.

How to use

Shake well before use.
For effective cleaning and even polishing, apply the product on cool surfaces and use a soft cloth or a white pad.

  • Apply a small amount of CREAM INOX® onto a cloth or directly onto the surface to be treated.
  • Rub with steady, even movements until a light dark film appears. This indicates that the cleaning and polishing action is taking place.
  • Rinse immediately with water to remove any product residue.
  • Dry with a clean cloth, preferably microfiber, to achieve a brighter, streak-free finish.

Repeat the application if necessary, especially on heavily dulled surfaces or areas marked by regular use.

Indicative coverage

The coverage of CREAM INOX® may vary depending on the level of dirt, the type of surface (satin stainless steel, polished stainless steel, aluminium), the amount of product applied and the intensity of rubbing.
As a concentrated cream, only a small quantity is required for each application.

With a 250 g container, the indicative coverage is as follows:

  • Under light dirt or routine maintenance conditions (fingerprints, light streaks, surfaces dulled by normal use), 250 g allows approximately 25–40 complete cleanings of household surfaces such as sinks, stainless steel worktops, appliances and cooker hoods.
  • With medium dirt (visible grease, persistent streaks, noticeable dullness and marks from frequent use), 250 g allows approximately 15–25 complete cleanings, while maintaining effective degreasing and polishing performance.
  • In the presence of heavy dirt or severely worn surfaces (visible micro-scratches, strong dulling, stubborn residues and heavily marked areas), coverage may decrease. In these cases, a 250 g container allows approximately 8–15 complete cleanings, depending on the larger amount required and possible repeat applications.

The quantities indicated are approximate and may vary depending on the size of the surfaces treated and the application method used (cloth, white pad, lighter or more intensive rubbing).

What is CREAM INOX® used for?

CREAM INOX® is designed to clean, degrease and polish stainless steel and aluminium surfaces. It helps restore a brighter and more uniform appearance, even when surfaces have become dull due to regular use.

Which surfaces is it most effective on?

It works effectively on stainless steel appliances, kitchen worktops, sinks, cooker hoods, metal surfaces and aluminium parts affected by fingerprints, streaks, grease and dullness.

Does CREAM INOX® remove streaks from stainless steel?

Yes. When used correctly, CREAM INOX® is formulated to leave no streaks. Immediate rinsing and drying with a clean cloth are essential to achieve a uniform finish.

Does the product remove micro-scratches?

Yes. CREAM INOX® can help reduce and remove light micro-scratches on polished stainless steel and aluminium thanks to its controlled mechanical action.
On heavily scratched surfaces, repeated applications and stronger rubbing may be required.

How can I treat heavily scratched polished stainless steel?

If polished stainless steel shows heavy marks, for example after years of using kitchen sponges, you can proceed as follows:

  1. first step with CREAM INOX® and a blue pad for deeper smoothing
  2. second step with CREAM INOX® and a magic sponge to refine the finish
  3. drying with a microfiber cloth
  4. final wash with VETRONET to even out and complete the cleaning process

Applying some pressure is normal, as the product works mainly through mechanical action.

Can I use CREAM INOX® on satin stainless steel or satin aluminium?

Yes, it can be used.
However, on satin-finished surfaces, CREAM INOX® may reduce the satin effect and make the treated area appear shinier. For this reason, a preliminary test in a hidden area is always recommended.

How is CREAM INOX® different from a multi-purpose cleaner?

A multi-purpose cleaner can remove light dirt but often fails to restore the appearance of stainless steel.
CREAM INOX® is a specific cream that combines cleaning, degreasing and polishing, helping improve the look of dull or marked metal surfaces.

Does CREAM INOX® contain acids or aggressive substances?

No. CREAM INOX® contains no acids and no alkaline substances.
It is designed to be effective without relying on aggressive components that could damage metal surfaces.

How do I use CREAM INOX® correctly for best results?

For a uniform, streak-free finish:

  • shake the bottle before use
  • apply a small amount to a soft cloth or white pad
  • rub until a light film forms
  • rinse immediately with water
  • dry with a microfiber cloth

Repeat the application if necessary.

Do I need additional tools to use CREAM INOX®?

No, additional tools are not required.
For standard use, a soft cloth or a white pad is sufficient.
On heavily marked surfaces, accessories such as a blue pad or a magic sponge can help improve effectiveness.

Is CREAM INOX® suitable for use in the kitchen?

Yes. It is suitable for use in the kitchen on compatible surfaces such as stainless steel and aluminium, provided that the recommended application method is followed and surfaces are rinsed properly after use.

How long does a 250 g container last?

It depends on the amount used and the level of dirt.
In general, since it is a concentrated cream, a 250 g container allows many applications, as only a small quantity is needed to treat large surfaces.

How much can I save by choosing larger packs?

Larger packs help reduce the cost per application, especially if the product is used frequently or on large surfaces.
This results in better value for money and more cost-effective long-term cleaning management.
