The BLUE DISC is a light abrasion synthetic fibre disc designed for intensive cleaning, degreasing and partial wax removal with single-disc machines and scrubber dryers. It is the ideal solution when standard deep cleaning is no longer enough to remove stubborn dirt, traffic marks, surface build-up and worn maintenance waxes. As a result, it prepares the floor efficiently for subsequent maintenance or restoration treatments.
Made with an open web structure of high-density polyester fibres, resin and evenly distributed mineral abrasive particles, it captures loosened dirt during operation while maintaining consistent mechanical performance. In addition, it resists the detergents commonly used in professional floor maintenance, is washable, reusable and can be used on both sides.

- Operate the machine at a speed between 150 and 300 rpm, using regular overlapping passes while keeping the machine continuously in motion.
- For partial wax removal or particularly intensive cleaning, make several passes until you achieve the desired result.
