Remove sulphation, pot marks and copper oxide from outdoor terracotta

Where and when

Where:

• On all outdoor terracotta or earthenware surfaces.

When:

• When you want to carry out a stain removal cleaning of terracotta surfaces that have pot marks, black stains caused by air pollution and green halos caused by copper oxide from gutters.

Frequency of use:

• One-off, extraordinary stain removal cleaning.

Performance and consumption

DESOLF4:

• is a specific stain remover for removing calcium sulphate (chalk) and copper sulphate;
• removes dark stains on terracotta due to persistent rising damp and black crusts on surfaces of materials with a calcareous composition in polluted atmospheres;
• thanks to its specific desulphating action, it can also be applied on delicate stone surfaces with poor mechanical resistance;
• removes dark stains caused by vases and removes contamination of copper alloys (e.g. gutter stains);
• is a non-hazardous product both in use and in washing water disposal.

Do not apply on polished limestone and plaster and copper alloy artefacts.

DELICACID:

• is a controlled-action acid detergent with minimal environmental and toxicological impact for descaling and pickling even the most delicate materials (e.g. natural stone and grit);
• can be used for descaling washes after laying, for removing cement encrustations and consistent and tenacious lime deposits;
• can be used for ordinary descaling washes of surfaces subject to limescale deposits;
• can be used for manual and mechanical washing (e.g. scrubber driers, pressure washers);
• is effective in removing surface rust deposits;
• does not contain hydrochloric acid;
• does not fumigate or develop toxic vapours.

Do not use DELICACID on polished limestone (e.g. marble, travertine), on Italian slate (blackboard) and on polished agglomerates (e.g. grit, marble, cement).
