Over time, deteriorated exterior window frames and shutters tend to fade, lose their shine, or turn grey due to sun exposure, rain, and weathering. In these situations, using a reviving oil for window frames helps restore the original look without invasive work. OLIO RAVVIVANTE is a restorative impregnating treatment for coated wood, also suitable for painted aluminum and wrought iron, designed to revive and even out worn surfaces.
When to use it
OLIO RAVVIVANTE is ideal for restoring greyed, faded, or dull window frames and shutters, including doors, windows, blinds, and shutters. It works especially well when surfaces appear uneven or depleted due to weather exposure, both on painted or oiled wood and on painted metal surfaces.

OLIO RAVVIVANTE acts as a restorer for weathered window frames, bringing back the original color even in the most damaged areas. How to use
Apply on previously clean and dry surfaces. It is advisable to carry out a first extraordinary cleaning with SMACCHIO LEGNO and BLUE BUFFER and a second extraordinary cleaning with PULIBRILL or DETERCLEAN and BLUE BUFFER in order to remove stains and degrease the wood, to prepare it for the recovery phase.
- Shake OLIO RAVVIVANTE before use;
Distribute OLIO RAVVIVANTE in small quantities with a brush or cloth wetting and rubbing with a soft cloth all over the surface and following the absorption of wood and painting. The surface should appear homogeneous and slightly moist.
Dries normally in 12-24 hours.

Yes, it can also be applied to painted wooden doors and windows. It restores tone and color to the surfaces and the possible application of BARRIER increases the U.V rays protection making the material water repellent.
