3. General Cleaning with PULIBRILL® and DISCO BLU

After stain removal, EASY PARKET carried out a general cleaning with PULIBRILL® and DISCO BLU. This step removed construction dirt and evened out the cleaning of the surfaces.

• PULIBRILL® is a specific cleaner for wood and parquet. It is suitable for both routine cleaning and non-aggressive deep cleaning on varnished wooden surfaces or surfaces treated with oil and/or wax. Therefore, in this case, EASY PARKET used it to clean the parquet without damaging the wood or the finish.

Moreover, the cleaning prepared the floor for the following stages. A clean, degreased surface without residue allows the next treatments to work better and more evenly.

4. Revitalising the Wood with RISANA PARQUET

After cleaning, the craftsman applied RISANA PARQUET. This step was necessary because floors finished with UV oils, while maintaining a natural appearance, often behave more like protected surfaces than traditionally oiled parquet.

• RISANA PARQUET played an important role in restoring the protective base of the floor. It helps renew worn interior wooden floors, improves colour uniformity and provides renewed water-repellent and stain-resistant protection.

At this stage, craftsmanship is particularly important. The product must be applied in a controlled and even manner, following the absorption characteristics of the wood. As a result, the surface remains uniform, without build-up or excess product.

5. Final Protection with LIGNOLIFE® MATT

Once the base treatment had been restored, EASY PARKET completed the project with LIGNOLIFE® MATT. This resin-wax finishing treatment is specifically designed for the renewal of parquet and matt varnished wood.

Its application restored depth and uniformity to the floor while maintaining a natural matt appearance. In addition, it created renewed protection against foot traffic, dirt, water and cleaning agents.

The final result was not only aesthetic. The treatment also improved the long-term protection of the parquet, making routine maintenance easier and more effective over time.

The Role of the MATT VARNISHED WOOD RESTORATION KIT

For the overall restoration strategy, EASY PARKET followed the technical principles of the MATT VARNISHED WOOD RESTORATION KIT, developed for worn, dull and aged matt varnished parquet floors.
